Nicole Agnew

PARTNER, GOLDMAN SACHS

Nicole is a Partner in the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) of Goldman Sachs in New York, where she leads the consumer and retail investing effort.  She joined Goldman Sachs in 2005 and has worked in New York and Tokyo.  Nicole represents Goldman Sachs on a number of corporate boards, including Hearthside FoodsCTI Foods, and Sensus.  Prior board memberships include Michael Foods, Flynn Restaurant Group, and Kenan Advantage.

Paul Davis

CO-CHAIRMAN, POPCHIPS

Paul is the Co-Chairman and former CEO of the award-winning snack company pop chips. With over 19 years of experience in the food business, including executive roles at Kettle FoodsBarilla America and nearly 14 years at Frito-Lay where he served as Chief Customer Officer and then President of Frito-Lay in Canada, Paul brings a unique perspective to the brand and consumer space with his background in traditional and forward-thinking consumer packaged goods companies. Paul started his career at Procter and Gamble, and also served as President of North America for Starbucks.

John A. Quelch

PROFESSOR, HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL/HARVARD SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH

John is the Charles Edward Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, and also holds a joint appointment at Harvard School of Public Health as a Professor in Health Policy and Management. John teaches a unique postgraduate course on the role and responsibilities of corporations in solving public health problems, both in the United States and worldwide. His work is published in leading management journals such as Harvard Business Review and McKinsey Quarterly, and he is also the author, co-author and editor of over 25 books. Mickey Segal, CPA

Mickey is the Managing Partner of Nigro Karlin Segal Feldstein & Bolno, LLC.  Mickey graduated cum laude in accounting from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.  In 1997, he was inducted into their Accounting Hall of Fame and he received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University’s business school.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
