The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for the all aspects of website and mobile app performance, optimization, and feature road map.  Reporting to the VP of Digital and Brand, this person will be hyper focused on the user experience, feature road map and performance across our digital platforms including our website, ecommerce store, email, and mobile app.

By Day, YOU will …

  • Be responsible for the performance of the Shopify ecommerce store, website, and mobile applications across all devices
  • Live in analytics to understand user behavior and uncover optimization and feature enhancement opportunities
  • Mentor and develop a direct report
  • Have oversight of team member running email marketing programs
  • Analyze and optimize the website funnel to micro-conversion and conversion goals
  • Work closely with Data/Business Intelligence functions to understand user behaviour
  • Be a champion for user experience and ecommerce best practices and drive continuous user experience improvement
  • Be responsible for developing and managing a feature enhancement roadmap for web store and apps
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support and execute ecommerce and digital initiatives
  • Drive an iterative optimization testing program in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Regularly report on performance across digital products with actionable insights
  • Stay abreast of industry and technology developments that can benefit the business
  • Perform other duties as assigned to you from time-to-time by the Company

And YOU…

  • Share our passion for transforming our world through food with your “everything is possible” and “ can do” attitude
  • Have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in ecommerce
  • Have experience with the Shopify platform
  • Are proficient in Google Analytics and Search Console and other tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Are familiar with App analytics tools such as Localytics
  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • Have a strong technology understanding of best practices and development protocols
  • Strong planning and project management competencies
  • Thrive in a fast pace environment with many competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, able to multi-task, problem solve, and ability and willingness to be hands on
  • Are able to work on your own and also collaborate easily with others
  • Fluent in English—both written and verbal—with the capacity to communicate across teams and organizational roles
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to recognize trends, interpret data and provide actionable insights and drive solutions through collaboration
  • Have a user-centric mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, with a sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people skills;
  • Are willing to occasionally pack your bags for business travel
